How to Order:

a) Select the item that you wish to buy

b) Before you decide to purchase the item, pls ensure that you read the size, measurement details correctly.
c) Submit your details via PM – Name/Address/Contact No./Item Code/Size

d) You will receive “Order Confirmation” slip

Payment:

a) Via POSB/UOB/OCBC/MAYBANK

b) Paypal

c) Cash – Payment have to be made within 2 days upon confirmation of Order (For ready stock)

d) We accept worldwide delivery.

For Pre-Order item, payment within 1 week.

Delivery Mode:
a) By Post
For Clothings – Normal $1.50 (each item)
For Bags – Normal $2.50
and Additional of $2.25 for Registered (one-time charge)

For worldwide delivery, we will reply you on the shipping cost.

b) Self Collection: Meet-up at Bishan MRT

c) By Hand (Order above $200 only door to door service FREE)

d) URGENT DELIVERY – 1 DAY Service $10.00 for courier charge

*** All postage charges have to be bear by Buyer.

*** Note: We will not be be responsible for losses or missing packages thru normal post. So we strongly suggest that registered mail for your item. No reserved of item for more then 1 week (only for some case by case basis)

No last minute cancellation of order

Note: Items sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged. We will inspect items before posting out. Below are some reasons are not considered:

a. Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;

b. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit);

c. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;

d. Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.

e. Buying for a friend and she is not able to be contacted and you decided not to purhase the item is not allow. If she cannot be contacted, you are resposible to make the purchase.
